Georgia's Pre-collegiate Future Educator Program

Welcome to FGE!  As the state's largest professional organization for educators, PAGE is proud to sponsor Future Georgia Educators.  Our goal is to help identify, recruit, prepare and retain the next generation of Georgia's teachers. Services Offered to All Education Pathway Classes

FGE exists to support all students who are interested in exploring a career in education. As part of this, we offer the following services to all Education Pathway classes in Georgia (ECE and TAP):

  • An invitation to attend any of our FGE Days
  • Opportunity to compete in the Ethics Knowledge Bowl at FGE Days
  • A PAGE Representative to speak to your class on topics such as professional organizations, ethics, and contemporary issues in education (Click here to request a speaker.)
  • Curriculum support and resources available on this website ‚Äč(coming soon)
  • Students enrolled in an education pathway course are also eligible to receive liability coverage for their field experiences through a student membership in PAGE.  Click here for more information on PAGE membership.


Benefits Offered to Affiliated FGE Chapters

In addition to the services listed above, affiliated FGE chapters enjoy the following benefits:

  • Complimentary posters for promoting FGE at your school
  • Opportunity to purchase FGE t-shirts for your members
  • Discounted registration for FGE Days (high school event)
  • Opportunity to participate in competitions at FGE Days (in addition to Ethics Knowledge Bowl)
  • Leadership training for chapter officers at FGE Days
  • Opportunity for FGE members to serve as Ambassadors at FGE Days
  • Participate in the FGE Community Service Project
  • Opportunity for senior FGE members to apply for the PAGE Foundation Alton Crews Scholarship
  • Opportunity for FGE advisors who are pursuing an advanced degree are eligible to apply for the PAGE H. M. and Norma Fulbright Scholarship (See the Scholarships section of our website for more information.) 


Chapter Affiliation

To affiliate your chapter for the 2015-2016 school year and enjoy the benefits listed above, click here.  Annual affiliation is only $30 per chapter, and you can pay by credit card or check.
